Concern Worldwide is a non-governmental, international, humanitarian organisation dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.  Our mission is to improve the living standards of people who cannot meet their basic needs by strengthening capacity to meet those needs and responding during emergencies where necessary.

Concern Worldwide- Ethiopia invites qualified,  reliable and potential travel service providers to express their interest in provision of domestic air tickets travel services for Concern Worldwide- Ethiopia that are anticipated to be required over the next two years (2023-2024). Concern has a high volume of domestic travel business for its staff, consultants, visitors and missions.

  1. Detailed Terms of Reference – ToR with requirements and submission information can be collected from our country office starting from 6th to 10th December, 2021. Please note that, the document shall be collected only during working hours as specified below:

Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm

  1. The Expression of Interest must be received by Concern Worldwide- Ethiopia Country office at the given address no later than 14 December, 2021 12:00 hours (local time) with all required documents.

    • List of major Corporate Clients / Contract Details / Estimated Contract Value
    • At least four letters of recommendation letter from international organizations
  5. Size of Agency:
    • List of name(s) (if any) and address(s) of branch office(s) in the regions
  6. Service charges and pricing information: As detailed in the ToR
