Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service (ERC, AALRTS) would like to invite interested and qualified bidders for the procurement of light rail operation production materials with the open National competitive tendering procedures.
ERC, AALRTS invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of goods mentioned below.

4	Safety materials	30,000 birr

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitive tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and ERC procurement Directives.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ERC, AALRTS and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from February 20, 2022- to March 21, 2022, at 7(a) from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm working days.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 7(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 Birr in cash.
Bid must be delivered to the Address below at 7(b) on or before 10:00 am on March 21, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by bid security for every lot in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee from a recognized Bank; with an amount of bid security set above.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (b) at 10: 30 am on March 21, 2022
(a) Documents will be issued at Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service, Kality Depot, Administration Building, 1st Floor, Telephone 011-4708028.

(b) Bid must be delivered to and will be opened at Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service, Kality Depot, Administration Building, Ground Floor, and Meeting Room.

The bidder must have materials supply and related renewal license and should have more supplying experience.
ERC, AALRTS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid.
