HEALTH, DEVELOPMENT, AND ANTI-MALARIA ASSOCIATION CALL FOR CONSULTANCY

The Health, Development, and Anti-Malaria Association (HDAMA) are seeking for a competent and reliable consultant to conduct Consulting Service for the Best Practices and Lessons Documentation: Community based awareness raising and behavioral change to reduce malaria burden in Amhara regional state of Ethiopia project.

Mandatory Requirement: Copy of renewed and relevant Business License; Copy of VAT registration; Copy of TIN and Separate Technical and Financial Proposal.

o Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected

o HDAMA reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.

o TOR can be obtained from HDAMA Head Office HR Department in hard Copies for birr 250 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr) within ten (10) days after the date of this notice.

o Tender submission deadline March 04, 2022, 3:00 PM.

o Tender public opening March 05, 2022, 10:00 AM at the HDAMA head office meeting hall.
