RE- INVITATION TO BID

For the supply of Laptops and Desktops

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Charity in Ethiopia (Reg. Certificate No. 0040), operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development & Education, and Emergency Response, and working areas.

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation would like to procure Laptops and Desktops for different projects through Open bidding procedures.This bid is floated to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Laptops and desktops to be used in different project office.

HELVETAS invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit their bids as follows:

1. A bid document which has the terms and conditions and technical specification for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops and desktops can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation office by paying non-returnable birr 300 (three hundred).
2. Offers must be submitted on or before 28^th April 2022 11:00 AM in a wax-sealed envelope and addressed to:

3. Bids will be opened on 28^th  April 2022 2:00PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
4. HELVETAS reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid without assigning any reason whatsoever.
