Water and Sanitation Forum of CCRDA would like to invite qualified freelancers/consultants to carry out a rapid assessment that will be used for policy roundtable discussion focusing on the Impact of WaSH on Nutrition Among Under – five Years Children in Selected Slum Areas of Addis Ababa.  The consultant should have postgraduate qualification of at least MSC degree in public health or related health science fields with proven experiences not less than 6 years for masters holder and not less than 2 years for PhD with ample experience and proven record in handling similar businesses at national level with government and civil society  organizations. The freelance/consultant is also expected to submit technical and financial proposals describing the steps of undertaking the assignment according to the TOR specification;

Interested consultants who meet the above requirements are invited to collect the detail TOR from CCRDA office room (#304) immediately after this bid announcement and submit their technical and financial proposal in separately sealed envelopes within ten consecutive days from this announcement.
