EXTENSION OF BID

Eaglepack Manufacturing S.C Extended the bid advertising for additional 20 days as per request from bidders and notify all interested bidders to participate till extended time:-

1. LOT-1 SUPPLY OF RAW MATERIALS AND OTHER SUPPLIES.
2. LOT-2 MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENTS SUPPLY, INSTALATION & COMMISSIONING TRAINING

Detailed Tender document can be obtained from Company Head office, 4th Floor Office No.407, Cameroon St. in front of St. Medahniyalem Church, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia upon payment of non-refundable Birr 300 (Three hundred birr) for LOT-1 and 100 Birr  For LOT-2 respectively. Technical and Financial offer should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelopes marked offer for “OPEN TENDER Eagle/01/22”.Indicating “Technical Proposal” and “Financial offer “ indicating the LOT No. on the two envelopes respectively on or before Tuesday, May 17/2022,10:30 AM Local Time at Our office. The Tender shall be closed 10:30 AM Tuesday, May 17/2022,and opened exactly at 11 AM Local Time in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

After the evaluation of the Technical offer by the study committee, the financial proposal will be opened only for those technically qualified bidders and notified up on phone call or any other communications means. Financial documents of technically non responsive bidders will be returned unopened.
