INVITATION TO BID

• Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service would like to invite sealed bids from all interested and eligible bidders for the lease of standard advertisement space in stations including pillars, bridges, and beams within Lot A (from Kality to Riche).
• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the procurement manual of Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service.

1. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00(Birr Two Hundred) starting from May 16, 2022, up to June 14, 2022, during office hours from Monday to Friday: 3:00 A.M.-12:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M.- 5:00 P.M. from the address mentioned below.

2. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed;

• • Commercial registration certificate/Trade license
  • Taxpayer registration certificate
  • VAT registration certificate
  • Business license
  • Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Balance Sheet of the company (at least one year)

3. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids.
4. The bid proposal must be sealed and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose during office hours at the address mentioned above before the bid closing time.
5. The bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00(Birr fifty thousand) in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.
6. This bid will be closed on June 15, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. and will be opened on June 15, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who chosen to attend at the address mentioned above.
7. Failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.
8. The Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit service reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
