- A complete set of bid documents shall be obtained From the office of Property & Facility Management Directorate BIB’s Head Office (located on the way to Bole Airport next to Wellosefer square before turning to Bole Rwanda) 5th floor upon deposit of non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (two Hundred birr only) in the name of Bunna Bank A/C 1019601000609 starting from May 19, 2022 during office hours.
- Bid should be accompanied by an unconditional bid security amount stated in the bid documents in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO from recognized financial institutions.
- Bid Opening shall be held in the Presence of bidders and /or their legal representatives who wish to attend.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject partially or fully at its own discretion.
