Development Bank of Ethiopia invites certified interested Grade 5 B.C & above and Grade 6 G.C & above Bidders for the Procurement of Dembidollo Branches office and Residential Maintenance Construction Work.

Therefore,

Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document:-

• Renewed Trade License Tax
• clearance certificate
• TIN Certificate
• Registration Certificate from gov’t organs
• VAT Registration Certificate

1. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents & collect the bid document in soft copy by brining flash disk &/or Email from May 25, 2022 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 00 (Birr Two hundred only) to Corporate Branch office Tower II, basement floor and collect the bid documents from Goods and Service Procurement Team, Tower II, 5^th floor.

3. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before June 09, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower II, Ground floor or in person to deliver to Goods and Service Procurement Team, Tower II, 5^th
4. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on June 09, 2022 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

6. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope for the project.
7. Bidders shall visit the site where the industry located on the date and time specified in the bidding document.
8. The language of the tender is English.
9. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
