Bid Announcement for the Purchase of Agricultural Equipment

International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) plans to procure multi-grain threshing machines and soil conservation tools for target communities in Dembecha woreda (West Gojjam zone), Kewot, Tarmaber, and Shewa Robit woredas (North Shewa zone) of Amhara Region.

IOCC invites interested suppliers to participate in this bid. Suppliers are required to submit price quotations/proforma invoices within 10 (ten) consecutive days from the date of the announcement. Indicate the following in submissions.

  • Delivery time (in weeks or months for each item).
  • Warranty period for the threshing machines (in months, years).
  • Capacity and experience to provide training for experts and/or farmers on the use of the threshing machines.

Participating suppliers shall be duly registered and licensed under the laws of Ethiopia and possess VAT Registration Certificate.
