With Funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as per the GRANT AGREEMENT to build the capacity of the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH), the American International Health Alliance/Twinning Center, Ethiopia Office (AIHA/TC) herewith is planning to purchase 50 (Fifty) Laptops for Leadership Incubation Program trainees as the part of the capacity-building program.

Requirements

Eligible prospective suppliers are expected to submit their bidding price of each item as per the below specification including-

1. Laptop Computer Specification

Eligible prospective suppliers are expected to submit a complete set of Bidding Documents including:

1. Specification and manufactures catalogue, a copy of Trade License renewed for the year, VAT and TIN Registration Certificate, sealed separately, and marked as “Bid for procurement of Laptops.”
2. Bid Price including terms and conditions, valid at least for 30 days. In addition, the bid should specify the expected delivery date of the Items. This should be sealed separately and marked as “Bid for procurement of Laptops”
3. Bid Security which is 2% of the total price offered by the bidder in the form of CPO valid at least 60 days from the date of Bid Opening sealed separately and marked as “Bid for procurement of Laptops “

The above three envelops MUST be contained in ONE Envelop, labeled with a complete contact information including address on the outside of the envelop of the Bidder and Marked as “Bid for procurement of Laptops.”

The sealed bids marked ““Procurement of Laptops” documents should be delivered to the address indicated below on or before June17, 2022 at 4:30 PM. Following the completion of evaluations, the best bidder will be contacted
