Ohio State Global One Heath, LLC wants to purchase Hematology and Chemistry machines with reagents  

Ohio State Global One Health, LLC in partnership with funding agencies has been actively engaged in supporting the government of Ethiopia in the area of laboratory capacity building and strengthening the laboratory system in the country.  Following the recent conflict in the Northern part of the country, our organization has made assessment of health facilities in Amhara and Afar Regions to identify critical gaps in the hospital laboratory services. As part of this initiative, our organization plans to purchase Hematology and Chemistry machines together with reagents. Thus, interested bidders are invited to participate in this bid in line with the following criteria.

Instruction to Bidders:

1. Interested bidders must provide renewed copy of relevant license, registration of supplier’s certificate, TIN Certificate and Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate.
2. Interested bidders can request and receive the soft copy of the bid document by email: – 1@osu.edu or guangul.1@osu.edu free of charge starting from Monday June 6/ 2022.
3. Bidders shall furnish a bid security of Birr 50,000 in the form of certified cheque / CPO.
4. The bid offer must be delivered to our office, around Bambis in front of Enat Bank Head Office at Black Golden building, 3^rd floor Tel. 011 557 57 55 on or before June 14, 2022 until 5:00 PM EAT. Late bidders will be rejected
5. The bid will be opened next day morning at 8:30 AM EAT at the Organizations office in the presence of bidders or legal representatives.
6. The successful bidder shall furnish the performance bond of 10% in the form of CPO.
7. Bidders should submit two separate envelops for Technical, and financial proposals
8. Bidders must indicate availability of stock and delivery time clearly.
9. The technical proposal should include details of specification of each laboratory machine, and other relevant documents
10. In the financial proposals, bidders need to clearly indicate the following prices (1) The actual price of Hematology and Chemistry machines, (2) The price of reagents for the Hematology and Chemistry machines
11. The organization reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially
