4. Physical address of the company
5. Audited financial reports for the last two years by certified auditors Evidence of previous and ongoing contracts
6. At least two reference letters from previous clients
7. The company may further qualify the relationship by signing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Just-In-Time (JIT) and Frame Agreement with qualified and competent suppliers.
8. VAT Registration and Letter application with all supporting documents shall be summated to the Oromia Insurance S.C Property and Facilities Management Directorate starting from June 15, 2022 up to June 29, 2022.
