Good Neighbors Ethiopia has allocated funds for the procurement of works Re–Tender for the Construction of a Maternal child health (MCH) block at Lode Jimata Health center, Lode Hetosa woreda, Arsi zone, Oromia Region of Ethiopia. and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the works.

Bidding is open to all Grade Five (5) and above contractors who can demonstrate adequate capacity and experience in similar works.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders at Good Neighbors Ethiopia Head Office located around Lideta Sub City Ahmed business Center 5th floor Tel: +251-118-96-23-89/88, Starting from June 27, 2022 during office hours (from 8:00AM to 5:00PM) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee ETB  400. The method of payment shall be in cash.

All bids must be accompanied by:

1. A Signed Bid Form,
2. Registration/Trade Certificate (Legal Status),

iii.     Tax Clearance/VAT certificate

1. Written Power of Attorney
2. Priced Bills of Quantities (B.O. Qs),
3. Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of technical staff,

vii.     Proof of having performed similar works in the previous 3-5 years,

viii.      Proof of registration as a Contractor.

1. List of Equipment’s to be used

Bid proposals shall be submitted in one original and one copy (both for technical & financial) in separately sealed envelope before or on the closing date of 07, July 2022, 10:00 Am to Good Neighbors Ethiopia – Head Office. Bid proposal must be accompanied by ONLY a CPO of 2% of the total offer prepared in the name of Good Neighbors Ethiopia. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their legal agents who wish to attend on 07, July 2022 at 10:30 Am at Good Neighbors Ethiopia Head Office.  Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Good Neighbors Ethiopia has the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time.
