3. Method of payment and terms of delivery

Method of payment: 100% Irrevocable letter of credit

4. Source of fund

• All bank charge and commissions, insurance cost, material costs, custom duty and taxes and sea & inland transportation cost will be covered by the buyer.
• The supplier must bear all charges, commissions, and costs outside Ethiopia.
• Minimum warranty period 5 years
• All installation and commissioning costs covered by the supplier
• Foreign currency supplied by local banks

5. Supplier qualification

• At least 1 successful supply of same line with minimum capacity of 120,000BPH/600ml
• Proof of legal registration
