1. Introduction

Action Against Hunger (AAH)/ ACF is an International, Non-Governmental humanitarian Organization that takes decisive action against the causes and effects of hunger through implementing relief and development programs in different regions of Ethiopia since 1985. Action Against Hunger has registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Charity and Society Agency under registration No. 0032.

2. Instruction to bidders
3. Interested companies are requested to:

• Attach valid & renewed Business License.
• Attach Valid Tax Certificate & TIN.
• Able to submit non-returnable samples for each product

3. Deadline for Submission of Tenders

• The complete bid documents are available at Action Against Hunger office located at the back of Capital hotel which is close to Minister of water and energy – “Wehalemat” or near to Chaka Buna Suppliers can find documents during office working hours (8:00am to 5:00pm).
  • Tenders must be received by ACF not later than January 16/2023 at 5:00 PM.

No need to submit CPO or other related financial documents

Action Against Hunger reserves the right at the time of contract award to increase or decrease the quantity of goods originally specified in the Schedule of requirements without any change in unit price or other terms and conditions & Action Against Hunger reserve the rights to reject all or part of the bids.
