1. A complete set of bidding document can be obtained against payment of nonrefundable amount of Birr 00 (two hundred only) for each LOT at Ahadu Bank branches during office hours (from Monday to Friday: – 8:00 am-12:00 am and 1:00pm -5:00pm) Saturday: -8:00am -12:00am).
2. The document will avail at Bank Head office in-front of Flamingo Restaurant SUNSHINE building 6th floor starting from Tuesday Jan.23, 2023 G.C. until Feb. 6, 2023 G.C.
3. Bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CPO or UNCONDITIONAL Bank guarantee in favor of Ahadu Bank S.C as specified above.
4. Bid shall be closed on Feb 7, 2023 at 2:00pm for LOT I, 2:30 pm for LOT II and 3:00 pm for LOT III and shall be opened on Feb 7, 2023 at 2:10pm for LOT I, 2:40 pm for LOT II and 3:10 pm for LOT III at Facility and Procurement Management Directorate office in the presence of bidders and /or their representative (who wish to attend the opening session)
5. The bid price should be valid for 90 days starting from the bid opening date.
6. The bid security should remain intact for 120 days starting from the bid opening date. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully at any time.
