Accordingly, qualified bidders are invited to submit their financial proposal for both specifications that mentioned the above together with the following legal documents

• Well organized profile including supporting evidences
• A copy of VAT Registration certificate, Renewed business/Trade licenses, Tax clearance certificate,
• Bidder’s proposal must be accompanied by bid security, i.e., CPO or counter Bank Guarantee in the amount of Birr 100,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand).
• AET PLC has reserved the right to cancel the bid either partially or totally.

Interested and qualified bidders are required to submit their proposal with in Ten (10) days starting from the date of the issuance of this bid; to Procurement and Property Administration Office.
