Notice of Invitation of Bid for General STD and HIV Alleviation Campaign

BEAEKA General Business PLC has an intention of carrying out GENERAL STD and HIV ALLEVIATION CAMPAIGN in Jijiga-Gelelesh-Deghamedo-Segeg Road Project; Contract II: Km55+400 – Km165+220 Road Project through qualified professional company;
BEAEKA General Business PLC now invites Eligible Bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor & material for the GENERAL STD and HIV ALLEVIATION CAMPAIGN works;
Interested Bidders shall submit the following evidence
- Certificate of registration from ministry of health with relevant categories renewed for 2013 EC and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s complains which shall include:
  - Trading license renewed for 2013 EC
  - Tax clearance certificate, which states the bidder, can participate in any public tender, valid at bid submission date.
  - VAT Registration certificate
  - Registration as supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).

The Bidder shall be licensed for consultation related with STD and HIV/AIDS Transmission works.
The Bidder should provide testimonies of at least three years’ experience in the last five years working in a community in collaboration with community and local organizations on HIV/AIDS. These referenced projects would be preferable if the Employer was Ethiopian Roads Authority.
The works shall be executed within project competition.
Interested eligible Bidder may obtain further information and inspect bidding document at the address given below from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:30-12:30 am on Saturday. A complete set of bidding document in English language may be purchased upon payment of Birr 250(Two Hundred Fifty), effective as of April 26,2021 from the following address:

Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelop labeled as “Technical and Bid Security” and the second envelope “Financial Offer”
Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical first and Financial Bids of qualified Bidders next
The bid security shall be provided in the amount of Birr 50,000 in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee or Insurance guarantee.
Bids shall be submitted on or before 2:30 pm, May 17/2021 and will be opened at 2:45pm on the same date at the place addressed in number 7 above.
BEAEKA General Business PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
