01    BGI Ethiopia  is interested to have a contractual agreement for the supply of rental vehicles for the company employees across the country for the year of 2023.

The company invites all illegible bidders to lease the below type of vehicles

02    Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase the bid document by from BGI Ethiopia (Mexico next to Tegbareid College) Procurement Department 3rd floor. The bid document shall be collected during office hours (Monday Oct 12 to Friday Oct 25, 8:00 am-12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m.) by presenting Copy of renewed  Trade License.

03    Bidders must present the following mandatory documents –

04    Bidders should indicate fixed line phone number, cell phone number, and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting bid documents.

05    Bidders shall submit/drop their bid proposal at BGI Ethiopia  office, Procurement Department, on or before October 25th, 2022 during the stated time line above. Bidders are required to use  the bid box dedicated for this purpose which will be located at the 3rd floor.

06    Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of 50,000 ETB in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CPO.

07    Bid will be evaluated by the committee  established  for this purpose using  set criteria and results will be communicated only to successful  bidders. Unsuccessful bidders can collect their technical and financial offer should they desire.

08    Failure to comply any of the conditions above shall result in automatic rejection.

09    BGI Ethiopia  reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
