The mandatory Requirements of the consultants:

• Copy of renewed and relevant business license
• Copy of TIN registration certificate
• Technical and Financial Proposal
• Copy of VAT registration certificate

On top of that; the consultants should need to know;

1. Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
2. BP PLC reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids
3. Bidders who did not obtain the Bidding document (ToR) directly from the BP PLC will be rejected during evaluation.
4. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO or cash.
5. Bid instruction documents and ToR can be obtained from BP PLC head office 1^st floor room No 101 in hardcopy form by paying non returnable of birr 300
6. Bids shall be submitted in different envelopes that is, the financial and technical document in wax-sealed envelope 15 consecutive days stating the first day of announcement on the news paper & shall be submitted during working days from Monday-Friday.

The tender will be closed after 15 days of bid announced on newspaper. If the Bid Opening date lies on weekend, the bid will be opened in next working day, on the presence of contested bidders and on the presence of their legal agent, at 2:00Pm and 2:30Pm respectively.
