Brand Real Estate S.C. invites sealed bids from eligible qualified bidders of BC-4 or GC-4 and above category Contractors.

Invitation to Bid

1. Brand Real Estate S.C. has allocated funds for the procurement of labour only construction of structural works for a G+16 mixed use building.
2. The Company now invites sealed bids from eligible qualified bidders of BC-4 or GC-4 and above categor y Contractors. Qualifications requirements include:-

• Valid renewed trade license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged
• VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority
• Renewed relevant professional practice certificates
• Other documents requested in the bid document

3. Interested bidders may collect a complete set of bidding documents  from the address below.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Company either in person or by telephone at the address indicated above.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
6. All bids must be delivered to the Company, address written above, on or before the 15th Calendar day beginning from the first date of advertisement, at 8:00 O’clock Afternoon Local Time (2:00pm). If the 15th calendar day is not a working day, the bid submission date will be the next working day, at 8:00 O’clock Afternoon Local Time (2:00pm). Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above, at 8:30 O’clock  Afternoon  Local Time (2:30pm) on the  next day of bid submission.
8. Brand Real Estate S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
