Invitation to bid for Emergency Supplies Purchase

ChildFund Ethiopia is an international child focused NGO working to improve the wellbeing of deprived, excluded, and vulnerable children and families. We achieve positive change in communities in partnership with local partner organizations through our three core programs that improve education, health and livelihoods and achieve the outcomes of healthy and secure infants, educated and confident children and skilled and involved youth.

ChildFund Ethiopia wants to purchase the below listed supplies for emergency response purpose. Interested and eligible suppliers shall submit their proposals at ChildFund Ethiopia office on or before 26^th April 2021 2:00PM in the bid box prepared for this purpose. Address: ChildFund Ethiopia Bole Sub city – KebIe 03 H. No 2310, P. O. Box 5545- Tel: 011 661 29 28 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Bidders shall use the following table for price offer submission.

Remarks

Bidders shall provide legal documents (Trade License, Registration, TIN Cert and Vat as applicable).
Bidders shall provide sample for each supply upon submission of their offer.
Bidders shall provide list of ingredients for Pepper and Shiro preparation.
Packaging of each supplies shall be intact and portable.
The delivery place is ChildFund Ethiopia office within 10 consecutive days after order placement.
The client will visit bidders working site of preparation to ensure quality standards.
Bidders shall provide proof ofexperience in the similar work.
Bidders shall clearly state the price in ETB including VAT/ToT and other related cost such logistics costs.
Bidders have liberty to supply the items required fully or partially.
Qualified bidder will be considered based on least price method after sample and site checking confirm pass.
Bidders shall be responsible for all costs related to bid preparation and submission.
ChildFund Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason/s whatsoever.
