Dalol Oil S.C. is pleased to invite External Authorized Accounting & Audit Firm to bid for Annual financial statement Audit as per Company Establishment minute and according to Ethiopian Financial Record law along with the road map of Accounting & Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).

Your bid submission is required to fulfill the conditions stated herein.

• Any interested bidders must collect the Term of Reference (TOR) in person from our Office and able to review our financial documents size (Trial Balance, General Ledger, Bank payment Vouchers, Cash receipt Voucher, Sales Invoice etc).
• Adequacy of the proposed methodology and work plan in responding to the Terms of Reference.
• You are required to state audit service charge & completion time as per Ethiopian Revenue Minister annual profit tax reporting schedule.
• Your complete bid should be marked as “Bid for Annual Audit”
• Completed bid document shall be addressed and hand delivered to the address
