East African Lion Brands Manufacturing S.C is seeking supplier(s) to manufacture and installing of different capacity tankers.

Raw material tanks Terms of Reference (TOR)

Interested and capable tanker manufacturers may submit their Expression of Interest by providing the list of information specification and additional specification as listed below:

G	Past consecutive 3 years of audited financial statements
H	Company Prole outlining the Directors names and Identity numbers to facilitate Due Diligence

Note:

Ø Mild steel material grade type :ST-37

Ø Welding electrode type:E-13 (Chinese electrode )

Ø Tank commissioning will be done by : Compresses air pressure 6 bar

Ø Delivery time for 100,000 liter  tank : 20 days

Ø Delivery time for two 300,000 liter tanks:40 days

Ø Electrical cost will be covered by our company

Ø welding of the tankers should be conducted by a certified welder

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES

Interested suppliers should submit their response with stamped & sealed post in person in our office located at BISHOFTU beside Easter industry zone within 10 days from the date announced on the news papers.

NEXT STEPS

• Once the responses are received the further process will follow the steps below;
  • Review of submitted Expressions of Interest
  • Prequalification of shortlisted suppliers
  • Issuing of ‘Request for Proposal’ to prequalified suppliers

NOTE

• Only the suppliers who meet our minimum requirements will be considered for further discussions.
• The receipt of response shall not bind East African Lion Brands Manufacturing S.C to any contractual agreements with the prospective Such arrangements shall only come in place once a tender process has been completed and an award issued to a successful bidder after technical and commercial evaluation.
• Any costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to this tender shall be borne by the tender respondent.
