1. This is to solicit expression of interest from interested competitors having relevant experience in the field of providing Designing & Developing of Responsive, Dynamic and Brand Website for our Company.
2. The Website detail specification and instruction to bidders can be obtained during the bid floating time from March 15, 2023 up to April 5, 2023 by appealing in person or through a registered commercial agent from the following address:

1. All bidders should provide valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged, VAT registration certificate, Valid Tax clearance certificate and relevant professional practice certificates.
2. The bid remains floating three weeks calendar days effective from March 15, 2023 up to April 5, 2023 and it will be closed on April 5, 2023 at 2:00pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30pm at Ethiopian-Re office. Bids presented by any supplier after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
3. Sealed bids must be marked as “for Providing of Designing and developing of Responsive, Dynamic and Brand Company Website.” for Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company” original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in a separate wax-sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address specified above and placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before April 5, 2023 at 2:00pm.

6. Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CPO.

1. Failure to submit a Bid containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified lead to the rejection of the Bid.

8. Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
