Gurmuu Development Association also known as “Gurmuu”, meaning synergy is a secular and nonpartisan Civil Society Organization (CSO) established by associates aspired for a common purpose. Gurmuu has been founded on March 31, 2005 and has been re-registered with the Authority for Civil Societies Organization bearing certificate number 0202. It has the vision to see thriving and empowered communities.

Gurmuu is currently seeking for external consultant who will lead the development of a new five-year strategic planning process. Therefore, consultants who have competency and experience in developing strategic plans and gender transformative programming are expected to collect the Terms of Reference (ToR) of the service from Gurmuu through the below address.
