Habesha Cement Share Company (HCSC) invites interested bidders to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU8 ERP system.

INVITATION FOR BID (MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX 2012 R3 CU8 ERP SYSTEM.)

NCB NO. HCSC- N02/2022

1. Habesha Cement Share Company (HCSC) is interested to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU8 ERP system. HCSC has acquired the system with full license and all modules unlocked. HCSC wants to invite qualified bidders to implement and complete the ERP system to its head office located in Addis Ababa and Plant site located near Holeta town as per the requirements and modules described in the TOR.
2. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document. The bid document is prepared in English Language.
3. The complete set of bidding document can be collected by interested bidders from the head office of: Habesha Cement Share Company, Arada Sub city, Behind Friendship Park, GET-AS Building, 7th floor, P.O.Box 3317, Email: [email protected]   +251 900 67 22 95 Addis Ababa Ethiopia starting from September 1, 2022 during working hours. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same office.
4. Bid must be delivered to the above office before the closing date and time i.e. on September 20, 2022 at 10:00 A.M local time.
5. Bids will be opened at the same office on September 20, 2022 at 10:30 AM local time in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
6. Habesha Cement Share Company reserves its right to reject any or all Bids.
