Hibret, Zemen and NIB Banks invites interested and eligible bidders/ Grade 1 (one) drilling contractors for the procurement of the below mentioned works:

1. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from Zemen Bank S.C and collect the bidding document during office hour Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 to 12:00 Noon starting from this announcement until bid closing date.
2. Hibret, Zemen and NIB Banks are interested in procurement of the above work for which this Invitation of Bid is issued.
3. Hibret, Zemen and NIB Banks now invites wax-sealed bid from eligible bidders who has relevant registration and  VAT certificate, and has recent tax clearance certificate that enables the bidder to participate in bid.
4. Hibret, Zemen and NIB Banks now invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable Bidders for the drilling, construction and pumping test of one test/ production well at Zemen Bank Headquarters in Addis Ababa.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred) in Account No. 1031710004707010 at any Banking Center of Zemen Bank. The method of payment will be in cash.
6. Bid proposal must be delivered to the Address below on or before January 20, 2023 at 9:15 AM.
7. All bid must be accompanied by a bid security of amount mentioned on the above table in the form of CPO or an unconditional Bank counter guarantee in the name of ZEMEN BANK S.C.
8. Bid proposal will be opened at the address below on January 20, 2023 at 9:30 AM.
9. The technical and financial proposals have to be separately prepared and sealed with all necessary copies as indicated in the instruction to bidders and bid data sheet.
10.
