Hence, bidders are invited to participate in the supply of the above stated items.

1. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by interested bidders up on payment of non-refundable Birr 00 (birr three Hundred) for each bid documents from Hijra Bank Head office located Bole Road Demble Square new building next to Hijra Building on 1^st Floor starting from the date of the bid floating on newspaper up to 18 days during working hours from Monday to Saturday at o’clock 6 A.M on local time.
2. Bidders should provide copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter).
3. Bidder should submit a Completed Bid documents to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name Supply and Delivery of the above stated bid documents and deposited in the Bid Box on 1^st Floor of the above a stated dress on or before November 8, 2022   up to 11:00 P.M at Local time Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
4. Prices quoted shall remain valid for 90 days from the Bid opening date.
5. Bids will be open on November 9, 2022 at Hijra Bank Building 9^th floor.
