INVITATION FOR QUALIFICATION AND BID

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of Construction of Togo-Wajale Emergency Migration Response Center (EMRC) in Somali Region, Ethiopia, IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested General or Building Contractors registered as Grade IV and above to submit eligibility, qualification and technical documents and bid for the proposed works explained in greater detail of the bid document.
Interested Bidders are advised to come and collect electronic copy complete set of bid document using owned and virus free USB flash drive showing copy of renewed Competency Certificate of Grade IV or above . from IOM SLO Addis Ababa Head Office located, Kirkos Sub-City, Wereda 8, YeMez Building (behind Zuqualla Complex), or from IOM Jijiga Sub Office from 12 July 2021 ; 9:00 hours (East African Time) to 30 July 2021 ;14:00 hours (East African Time).
Bids shall be valid for a period of 180 calendar days after submission of bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 2% of the total Bid price in the form of Bank or Insurance Guarantee. Late bids shall be rejected. Bid must be delivered in hand to IOM SLO Addis Ababa Head Office or Jijiga Sub Office on or before 04 August 2021 14:00 hours (East African Time).
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM actin.
