RE–TENDER FOR FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE P ROVIDERS,

Medecins Sans Frontieres- Holland (also known as Doctors without Borders or MSF Holland) is a private, non-profit; International Humanitarian Medical Organization, which intervenes in emergencies and crisis situation, to relieve human suffering from unmet medical needs, and to create a space for humanity.
MSF- H is seeking for competent and reliable Cargo clearing agent, which fulfills the Cargo clearing and Exporting goods abroad and local cargo shipment by airfreight.

Requirements
- 1. Mandatory Requirements: Bidders should furnish business related legitimate documents including:
Ø Renewed trade license and Registration
Ø Freight forwarding or custom clearing certificate
Ø Bidders shall sign on bid collection and submission sheet provided by MSF
Ø The bid submitted should be sealed and stamped
v NOT COMPLYING ALL THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE WOULD LEAD TO AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.
- 2. Interested bidder can collect the bid document starting from June 20 /2022 on office working hours
- 3. Your sealed quote should be submitted in 4 (Four) envelops as
3:1 one original Financial
3:2 one original Technical
3:3 one copy financial
3:4 one copy Technical to the address mentioned below on or before June 30, 2022 @ 2:30 PM. Late submission will be
rejected.
- 4. Technical Envelope will be opened on June 30, 2022 @ 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
- 5. Technically qualified bidders only, will be contacted for financial opening. Final Result will be announced on the office notice board after Technical Evaluation is completed,
Winner will be awarded 1-year contract with possibility of extension based on performance.
