Medecins Sans Frontieres – Holland (also known as Doctors without Borders or MSF Holland) is a private, not for profit, International Humanitarian Medical Organization intervening in emergencies and crisis to relieve human sufferings from unmet medical needs and create space for humanity.

MSF-H would like to buy different types of insurance products as mentioned below and invites Insurance Companies to offer their proposal.

·         Motor comprehensive insurance for range of vehicles

Therefore,

1. All interested bidders who have renewed Business License for the aforementioned service, TIN and VAT Certificates are invited to participate in this bid and detailed Invitation to Bid (ITB) can be collected from MSF-Holland office in the address mentioned below starting from January 25, 2023 during working hour.

1. Your signed, sealed and stamped envelopes should be submitted in four (4) envelopes:

2.2 Original Technical document

2.3 Copy Financial document

And shall be delivered not later than February 07, 2023 at 2pm.

Late submission will lead to immediate rejection.

1. Not enclosing valid and relevant business license for providing Insurance service will lead to immediate rejection.
2. Bid proposals will be opened, evaluated and result will be posted on the notice board by the gate of MSF-H office.

 MSF Holland reserves the right to accept or reject whole or part of any or all bids.
