NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID FOR PRICE QUOTATION OF SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LOW CURRENT SYSTEM ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL WORKS.

1. Nile Insurance Company S.C. invites competent suppliers for Supply and Installation of Low Current System Additional Works of its 3B+G+25 Head Quarter Building at Addis Ababa, Lideta Sub City Wereda 07. Our Company is now inviting eligible bidders which fulfill supplying and installation services.
2. Bidders shall provide appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating its compliance, which shall include:

• Commercial Registration Certificate, Valid business license renewed for 2015 E.C, VAT registration certificate, Valid tax clearance certificate, Registration as Suppliers in the list of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency, Anti bribery pledge form.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Nile Insurance Company S.C. and inspect the price quotation documents at the address given below from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. and 1:30 to 5:00 P.M. from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 11:30 A.M. and 1:30 to 5:00 P.M. on Friday, and from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. on Saturday Mornings.
4. The price quotation documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address, as of the date of announcement in the newspaper and upon payment of a non-returnable fee of ETB 300 effective as of March 01, 2023. The method of payment shall be direct deposit to Nile Insurance Company S.C. accounts Abyssinia Bank – Wello Sefer Branch A/C No:-30748 or Commercial  Bank of Ethiopia A/C No:- 1000202585446 and shall bring the copy of bank deposit credit advice.
5. Bid must be delivered to Nile Insurance Company (S.C) on/before March 21, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. and the Bid will be opened at the same date at 3:15 P.M.
6. Nile Insurance Company S.C. reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
