NOTIFICATION OF EXTENSION TO BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE

1. JS HOUSE CONSTRUCTION AND RENT SC invited interested and eligible bidders on Reporter Newspaper which puplished on December 14 , 2022 GC for Structural and associated works Of 2B + SB + G + 12 mixed use building on 4111.7 m² Plot of land located around Merkato , near Anwar Mosque .

2.According to this invitation , the bid closing date was January 3 , 2023. Due to different reasons , the Share Company extends the bid submission date to January 17 , 2023 GC.Therefore the bidders must deliver their bid documents to the Company’s Address until January 18 , 2023 GC before 11:00 AM ( 5:00 O’Clock of local time )

3- The bid will be opened on the Same date at 11:30 AM ( 5:30 O’clock of local time )

4. All Other terms , Conditions and Criterias of the bid remains unchanged .It is based on bid invitation announced on Reporter Newspaper dated on December 14 , 2022 GC
5. Since the bid submission date is extended, interested and eligible bidders may participate on the bid and Obtain further information from the bidding document .
