Invitation for Bids (IFB)

To GC/BC-5 and above Building Contractors

1. Pharo Integrated Agriculture and Manufacturing Plc. invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Civil work which includes;-

• Fence Work
• Generator House
• Guard House

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Pharo Integrated Agriculture and Manufacturing Plc. Office which is located at Bole Road, Noah Plaza (Next to Alem Building) 3rd Floor and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(a) from March 1, 2023 to March 8, 2023
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders at the address below 6(b).
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before March 17, 2023 day 05.00pm. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security from banks of Ethiopian Birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand). Documents may be sent through courier or Hand delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.  Late bids shall be rejected.
