1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2015 E.C.

2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

3. Copy of TIN Certificate

5. Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate.

6. The bidder should submit sample T-shirt and Vest

7. Technical and financial proposal
