Plan International’s programs in Ethiopia focus on Child Protection, Education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Food and Economic Security, Humanitarian Response and Resilience Building that we implement in Amhara, Tigray, Oromia, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ (SNNP), Gambella, Afar and Benishangul-Gumuz Regional States and Addis Ababa City Administration. Common to these, issues of gender and disability are also integrated and mainstreamed in all programs.

Requirements and documents that need to be submitted with the proposals are:
- Renewed business license, TAX identification certificate and VAT registration certificate.
- Bid will be floated from March 27, 2023 to April 10, 2023 up to 05:00PM (Afternoon)
- Detailed terms of reference for the above listed lots can be obtained from Plan International Ethiopia, Amhara Program Area in hardcopy form at the following address during working hours (8:30AM-5:00PM):
- Late submission will be rejected.
- Plan International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
