Population Services International, Ethiopia (PSI/Ethiopia), a growing international humanitarian organization, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified bidders for the supply of 19 Laptop Computers through an open-bid procurement process.

Bidders may obtain bidding documents from PSI/Ethiopia during office hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM till 5:30PM and Friday from 8:00AM till 2:00PM) starting from January 25, 2023, until February 8, 2023.

Minimum Prequalification Requirements:

1.    Clear Copies of valid/renewed Business License, TIN, VAT and Registration Certificate

2.    Manufacturer’s Authorization for Dealership of Products (in Ethiopia) for warranty and future support

3.    Submission of Bid Security Bond, ETB 20,000 in the form of CPO or equivalent, with validity of 3 months

4.    Bidder’s Acceptance of conformity to PSI’s Technical Specifications (or above if alternate specifications)

5.    Bidder’s Acceptance to PSI’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

6.    Bidder’s Acceptance to PSI’s Specific Terms and Conditions:

Ø  Validity of Proposal: 90 Days

Ø  Willingness to Submit a Performance Bond (10% to 20% of award amount), upon award.

Ø  Payment Terms: credit basis; 100 % payment after delivery of all goods; within 21 calendar days

Ø  Delivery Place: PSI Office/Warehouse, Addis Ababa

Ø  Warranty: Minimum One Year

7.    Bidder’s acceptance to PSI organizational policies

 Bid responses must be officially submitted-to and received-by PSI/Ethiopia office on or before February 9, 2023, till 10:00 AM (morning).  All bids shall be submitted in hard copies. Late bids shall be rejected.

PSI Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject this tender in part or in whole.
