Invitation for External Audit

Pro Pride is a local Civil Society Organization established in 1995 and re-registered under the new CSO proclamation 1113/2019, would like to invite qualified and registered audit firms to submit their technical and financial proposal to audit its financial records for the year ended December 31^st 2022.

Requirement:

• Registration with the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia(AABE)
• Submit a complete company profile and finance & technical proposal.
• Trade License (Renewed for the current Year)
• Certificate of competence from office of federal audit General.
• Audit fee to be charged, Clearly by indicating with or without VAT
• Submit tentative date of starting the Audit and completion time of the Audit work.
• List of staff that will be deployed in the audit with their qualification.
• Experience in auditing IPSAS based financial statements or engaged on conversion of IPSAS or IFRS.
• Should be Category A class Audit Firm

Deliverable

• Audited financial statement and management letter and recommendations
