 PSI/Ethiopia, a growing International Humanitarian Organization hereby invites eligible bidders to an Open Tender for the provision of Goods and Services in three (3) distinct categories as listed below

Minimum Prequalification Requirements (Generic):

Clear copies of renewed business license, VAT/TIN/Registration Certificates

Bid security bond in the form of CPO or equivalent, in the amount of ETB 20,000, with a 3-month validity period

Bidders’ acceptance to PSI’s General/Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Bidders’ acceptance to PSI’s Specific Terms and Conditions of Purchase

–       Validity period of Financial Offer – 90 days

–       Willingness to submit a performance bond (10% to 20% of award amount), upon award

–       Place of Delivery – PSI Warehouse (Addis Ababa)

Bidders’ acceptance to PSI’s organizational policies

Bidders may obtain the complete set of tender documents from PSI/Ethiopia (address below) starting from January 20, 2023, to February 01, 2023.

Bid responses shall be submitted in hard copies in sealed envelopes marked with the specific “Tender Reference No #” and “Tender Title”. Bid responses must be officially submitted-to and received-by PSI/Ethiopia office (same address) on or before February 02, 2023, till 10:00 AM (morning). Late bids shall be rejected.

PSI Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject this tender in part or in whole.
