Call for External Audit Service

Restoring Smiles is an indigenous charity organization working mainly on facilitating surgical treatment for cleft lip and palate patients in Ethiopia.

The organization has been registered as a legal entity by Ethiopian charity and civil society organization with registration No 3937as of March 27, 2018.

Restoring Smile vision is that every child born with a cleft anywhere in Ethiopia has the opportunity to live a full, productive life.  Its mission is to coordinate and standardize efforts for the elimination of Cleft lip and Palate Cases, to build the capacity of its Partnership and stakeholders.

Restoring Smile invites interested and eligible external audit firms to submit their technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelopes for Audit services of its account for the year of 2022 (January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022).

Audit firm should have:

• An organizational Profile
• Renewed trade license for the year 2014 Ethiopian Calendar
• Certificate of professional competence from the office of Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
• VAT Registration Certificate

The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Audit service found in Restoring Smiles office located around Gerji, Bole sub-city, Woreda 12, ground floor, office No 005 of Kadisco General hospital Building.
