 BID -INVITATION FOR CAR RENTAL TRANSPORT SERVICE Provider -OPEN TO LOCAL COMPANIES FIRM ONLY

GOAL REQUIREMENT FOR IT EQUIPMENT              

RTI international Act to End NTDs | East program USAID funded project is a five-year activity led by RTI International in partnership with Ethiopian Federal Ministries of Health, and will support disease-endemic countries to plan, implement and finance solutions to fight NTDs using proven, cost-effective public health interventions.

RTI international invited eligible, qualified and competent Car Rental service provider to make a Long Term Master Service Agreement for a period of 10 months effective November 2022 to September 2023 with a possibility of 1 year renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Interested car service providers firm/company can collect the RTI RFP document from our office starting from Wednesday October 05 to Wednesday October 12; 2022, from 8:00 AM to 5 PM.  

Method of SubmittalBoth soft copy via email and Sealed hard copy. Technical and Financial Bids doc including RTI RFP shall be submitted to RTI International Act to End project office is located at Addis Ababa Bole Subcity Wereda o3, Infront of Bole Medihanealem church Mafi city Mall 5th Floor Room No. 503 procurement office. And The soft copy via email to  tyirdaw@rti.org and gashaw@ET-ntd.rti.org  and krobi@et-ntd.rti.org

Bidders MUST comply with all the instructions, terms and conditions as laid out in the tender documents in the RFP.

 

The final bid submission bid document date is by October 14 Friday, 2022 at 1.00 pm. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered.

The hard copy Bids doc shall be marked on the envelope “TENDER FOR  RTI International RTI-ET-RFP–18-2022-Vehicle Hire Services ACT to End NTD’s project address.

RTI International reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or a part thereof.
