Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine to share God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ. The organization serves the community worldwide to promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Samaritan’s Purse wishes to invite legally recognized Vehicle Suppliers to provide the following vehicle based on the following Specifications.

Eligible Bidder should meet the following criteria:

1. Renewed trade License and Legal Registration
2. Tax/ VAT Registration Certificate
3. Bid Guarantee letter for two months; 1%of the bid

Bid Submission Guidelines

1. The technical document & financial proposal should be submitted separately based on the above requirements.
2. The delivery location will be Addis Ababa Samaritan’s Purse office and if you have delivery indicate clearly.
3. Better vehicle options and requirements are recommended for submitting with clear technical details with those vehicle options
4. Both documents must be submitted to Addis Ababa office. The documents should be clearly labeled and sealed, “Bid for Vehicle Purchase”and should be addressed and delivered to the address below not later than 9April 2021. 5:00PM
5. The bid will open without the presence of bidders based on organizational policy and we reserve the right to cancel the bid.
