INVITATION TO TENDER FOR LAMINATED EXERCISE BOOK PURCHASE and a PEN Ball POINT

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to procure different Item supplies.

Thus, SCI would like to invite competent Manufacturers, wholesalers & Retailers who may fulfill the below minimum requirements and those who have the items in their custody to supply immediately to compete in the process.

• Supply of 50 sheets of Exercise book double (extra) Laminated with a plastic cover which is equivalent to Sinar-line- Quantity 278,180
• Pen ball point, equivalent to Lexi- Quantity 478,632

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:

Eligibility Documents – Valid Business License (E.C. 2014), VAT &, Tax Payers’ Certificate Bid Security in the name of “Save the Children International” amounting to ETB 100,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for a period of at least 2 months starting from the date of tender submission must be in the sealed financial offer. (Cash and insurance bonds are not accepted).

Financial offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope together with the eligibility documents and CPO/Bank Guarantee. The sealed envelope must include the bidders’ name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title and Tender reference number.

Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for this purpose only at Save the Children, Ethiopia Country Office on December 30^th, 2022, on or before 10: 00 AM,

Bids will be opened on December 30, 2022, at 10:30 A.M at Save the Children Country Office.

Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid
