RE-INVITATION TO BID

Sidama Bank S.C. /Under Re-Licensing/ invites Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the Consultancy Service to undertake the preparation of feasibility study, operational policy and procedure manuals, to fulfill the National Bank of Ethiopia’s requirements for re-licensing and formation of Sidama Bank S.C. Details of the consultancy services and assignments are provided in the TOR.

Therefore, interested bidders shall submit their proposals as per the following conditions:

1. The consulting firm must have a successful track record of handling similar tasks of the required consultancy services ;
2. It is legally registered and has a renewed license for the current fiscal year;
3. A complete set of Bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (two hundred Birr);
4. Interested applicants who meet the required conditions are invited to collect the TOR from Project Office, Bole- Atlas -Sidama Inn Hotel, Office No 106 in 5 working days, from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, starting from the date of the appearance of this invitation in the newspaper.
5. Accordingly, interested applicants may submit their technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document within 15 consecutive days from the date of the appearance of this request for the proposal;
6. The bid will be opened at Project Office, Bole- Atlas -Sidama Inn Hotel, Office No 106 at presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the bid opening  on the next day of the last bid submission date at 10:00 am;
7. Failure to observe the instructions & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bidder from competition;
8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally;
