Invitation for External Audit Service

Siddartha Development Ethiopia (SDE) is a civil society organization  registered by the Civil Society Agency with registration number 1343. SDE invites interested and eligible external audit firms to submit their technical and financial proposals for the provision of audit services of its accounts for the year ended December 31/2022.

Important Information

1. The Audit will be based in SDE head office (A.A) and visits to the projects may be facilitated upon requests.
2. The Audit firm should indicate the date of commencement and submission of the final audit report. The date of submission for final report should not be later than Feb. 28^th of 2023.
3. The audit firm must be registered with the Office of Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia.
4. The audit firm must have more than two year’s IPSAS Based Financial Report auditing experience working with nonprofit Civil Society Organizations particularly with INGO.
5. The audit firm should provide TIN, VAT certificate and renewed License (Business Registration) valid for the current year.
6. The audit firm should provide a company profile and professional CV of the Audit Manager.
7. The audit firm should provide a list of companies/International NGO / audited by the firm based on IPSAS.
8. The audit firm should state clearly in its technical proposal the approaches and methodology which will be used during audit.
9. SDE reserved the right to cancel part or the entire bid.

Interested Audit firms are invited to submit their bid documents (technical and financial proposal) which include supporting documents for the above criteria within 7(seven) working days from the 1^st day of this announcement.  Please submit your sealed bid documents (technical and financial proposals) in person to SDE Head Office.
