TechnoServe (TNS) is a nonpolitical, not for profit, nonsectarian international NGO that helps entrepreneurial men and women in poor areas of the developing world to build businesses that create income, opportunity and economic growth for their families, their communities and their countries. Currently, TNS is implementing coffee initiative program in Ethiopia to help small scale farmers to boost their income by improving the quality of their coffee.

Application Procedures and Deadline

Interested applicants can collect TOR from TNS, and may submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope along with their company profile on November 2, 2022 at 4:00PM to the organization addressed:

Submission time and date 04:30 PM. on November 4, 2022

Envelopes for Technical Proposals received will be opened at 04:30 PM on November 7,2022 in the presence of bidders or their representatives but not required.  Envelopes for Financial Proposals will not be opened until after evaluation of the Technical Proposals.

Selection will be on the basis of “best-value.”  TNS Ethiopia reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids and to waive irregularities.
