Tesfa Berhan Child and Family Development Organization is local organization currently undertaking development programs in 10 districts of Amhara Region. The organization wants to receive competitive bids for the following items.

1. Edible oil 1250 liters
2. Mattresses 100 cm *190 cm*12 cm (250 piece)
3. Spaghetti pasta 500mg (1250 piece and Macaroni 1250 kg)

Bidders who can meet the following criteria can apply:

1. Legal certificate from government body to produce, retail or whole sale or supply the items
2. Renewed trade license
3. VAT and TIN Registration certificate
4. Experience and performance testimony

A complete set of bidding document for each of the items separately can be purchased at Keyit Main Office during office hours with nonrefundable 100. Birr. Or it can be requested through email address [email protected]

Bids shall be submitted on or before ten consecutive days after the advertisement. Bids will be opened at 10:00 am the 11^th working day in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend.

The organization reserves the right to cancel part or the entire bid.

One percent (1%) bid bond calculated from the total bid amount should be submitted in CPO with the bid document.

Bidders should separately indicate the cost of transportation in their bid for all items.
