CALL FOR AUDIO VISUAL STUDIO CONSTRUCTION

The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Associations (CCRDA) is an indigenous nonprofit umbrella association with 456 secular and faith-based member NGOs/CSOs in Ethiopia.

#Objective of the call

The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to procure a contracting service for an audio-visual studio building within CCRDAs head office, in a makeshift designated space for the purpose. The bidders are expected to adopt the space for an integrated multi-media production setup. A set-up that comprises group recording space, one-to-one recording space, and social media recording corner, and editing spaces/rooms for both audio & visual productions.

# Bidders

The service providers;

Shall be a company operating in the field of building multi-media setups. It should have a proven track record in studio design, installation, and Knowledge in sound, video, and editing equipment Shall be a company/companies working as a team, with an experience in building or retrofitting space for multimedia production

#Staffing

The team, that will be proposed to deliver the service must include the following role: –

A/   Experienced permanent staff preferably an engineer assigned as project manager until the end of the delivery period

B/ Architect (s) with a proven experience in studio construction.

C/ The team should have a multi-media production equipment adviser to help the builders visualize the well-functioning of the studio after the construction

D/the bidder/s is expected to build all the necessary infrastructure/electric systems installation but is not expected to deliver production equipment like cameras, editing machines, etc.

N.B. CCRDA will provide a “draft floor plan” along the TOR, and is ready to see any improvement on the plan.

Interested bidders can collect the TOR from CCRDA, Kality Debreziet road, adjacent to the kality ring road roundabout, In front of the Drivers and Mechanics Training Center, Room Number 305

Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelopes within 7(seven) consecutive days (06^th -14^th February 2023)

The documents will be opened on the last date (14^th February at 3:00 pm in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
